9 months

I can hardly believe my little monkey is already nine months old!  Where has the time gone? He is just the funnest little guy around and I have to be honest....I'm totally in love with this little guy!  Some of the fun things he is doing right now:  He loves to smile...at those he knows.  If you ever look at him and say he is cute he instantly snuggles his face into my shoulder with a grin...looks like another shy one.  He has severe stranger anxiety.  A couple of weeks ago, I had to present something in YW and one of the other leaders took him out for me....you would have thought she was beating him.  He was hysterical.  Instantly was calm once he was returned!  He loves to giggle.  He has a very different laugh than the other kids.  Much more of a chuckle.  Very funny.  He finally mastered crawling (9.5 months) and is so proud of himself.  The first day of crawling I had to call poison control.  He found an ant trap and happily was chewing on the plastic container full of poison covered in ants!  No worries.  Apparently you would have to drink gallons of the stuff to harm yourself.  He is sleeping through the night...most of the time.  He has six pearly whites, four of which came around 8.5 months all at the same time (rough week).  He loves his siblings and they in turn love him!  He hates going down for naps and I have to try all sorts of tricks to get him to sleep...once asleep though he will sleep for hours.  His smile melts my heart and I just can't hardly imagine my life without him.  How funny that I was convinced no more boys were suppose to come to our family......so glad that Heavenly Father knew what I really wanted, I can't imagine my life any other way! Like I have said....We grow 'em small around here!
